These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Advanced Views and Advanced Views Pro plugins, developed and sold by WPLake (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via https://wplake.org. By purchasing, downloading, or using our plugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

When you purchase a license for Advanced Views Pro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites permitted by your license tier.
You may not:
Redistribute or resell the plugin code
Use the plugin on more sites than permitted
Modify or reverse engineer the plugin for redistribution
The license includes access to updates and support for one year from the date of purchase.

2. Payments and Renewals

All purchases are billed in USD or the Crypto Currency of your Choice, some payment gateways do currency conversion to UAH and processed through PayPal/Other Provider/Plato by Mono.
Licenses are valid for 12 calendar months.
Renewals are billed at the full price unless a promotion is offered.
We reserve the right to change pricing or licensing terms at any time.

3. Support

Support is provided via our support form and covers:
  • Installation and setup assistance
  • Bug fixes
  • General usage questions
Support does not include custom development or theme/plugin conflicts unrelated to Advanced Views.

4. Plugin Updates

License holders will receive automatic plugin updates during the license period. Access to updates requires a valid license key activated on your site(s).

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All code, documentation, and assets associated with our plugins remain the property of WPLake. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products, modified or unmodified.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to updates and support if these Terms are violated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPLake shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our plugins.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and continued use of the plugin after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
